About Lift Off Toledo
Lift Off Toledo is dedicated to opening real, hands-on careers in aviation maintenance and aerospace for underserved students in Toledo and surrounding communities. We provide scholarships, mentorship, and pathways into FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification and related skilled trades.
We believe the hangar floor and the flightline are classrooms too. For underserved families, A&P and skilled trades careers represent stability, economic mobility, and a legacy of professional excellence. By removing financial barriers and surrounding students with working maintainers, we help young people from Toledo step into high-skill, high-demand roles that keep aircraft safe and future-ready.
